Our Hiring Process

We assist schools in building a core academic team by bringing together experts who are committed to delivering the best quality education. We shortlist the team – Academic Director, Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers and other administrative staff from huge database . Each profile is closely reviewed and scrutinized by our Experts Selection Panelists. After several rounds of screening, we map the profiles of the potential candidates with the requirements of the school.

This way, employers don’t have to worry about the expertise of the core academic team and can focus more on the growth of the organization.

  • Teachers Hiring

    Our recruitment panel shortlists teachers’ profiles based on the requirements of the schools and sharesthem with the management. The process continues until the schools recruit resources who meet their expectations.

    We also provide assistance for teacher replacement, training and assessments for shortlisting and testing their job readiness.

  • Internship for Teachers

    We assist schools in hiring fresher graduate / postgraduate candidates who are capable of fulfilling the requirements of the schools as well as their teaching needs. Our trainers provide training and assessments for shortlisting and testing their job readiness.

    Teachers who undergo internships are first hired as assistant teachers before they are assigned a permanent role.

  • Hiring Subject Matter Experts:

    Subject Matter Experts assist schools in developing academic curriculum, Online Teaching for competitive exams as well as they involve in interview of teachers selection . They also assist in lesson plans, activities, projects, assignments and assessments. Further, they assist in content development, review and updating the LMS for easy accessibility. The experts also develop content required to prepare for competitive exams, such as Olympiad, IIT-JEE and NEET.

  • Academic Director:

    Academic Director is responsible for finalizing all academic content, activities and events, implementing strategies to deliver the best quality education for the students and creating a strong brand for the school.It is important to make the curriculum and contents easily accessible to students and teachers.
